Wholemeal durum wheat bread flour. A sweet-tasting organic flour, yellow in colour.
Often used for settled breads with tight crumb and not very alveolate. Also produces amazing results in high-hydration doughs.
We also recommend it for making pizza doughs and fresh pasta.
This is the flour which tends to be used for so-called “cateto” or “peasant” bread, a typical bread from some regions of Andalusia.
