Using a stone for baking provides several advantages. The manufacturing material distributes heat in a uniform manner, harnessing the oven’s energy better. Also, it absorbs dough humidity, allowing for lighter and crunchier crusts.

Made with cordierite.

Instructions: heat to 250º or to 280º (where the oven temperature allows) and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
