Recommended for doughs with more than 5%-8% sugar above the total amount of flour. Excellent for sweetened breads for special occasions, and recipes with a large quantity of sugar (panettones, King Cake, etc.)
- Place the Saf-instant ® on the flour and mix together for a few seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mixing them together for a minute.
- Add sufficient water.
