The first powdered agar-agar with organic certification. Extracted exclusively from “Geldium” alga gathered by hand on the Cantabrian coast. No additive or chemical product is used in its extraction.
The “Ecocert” organic certification guarantees that AgarEco is free from pesticides and allergenic products, and therefore complies with European Union directives and regulations concerning ecological and organic products: CE 708/2007, CE 834/2007, CE 889/2008 and CE 710/2009.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Sprinkle AgarEco into the recipe (water, milk, juice, stock, etc.). It is not necessary to use all the liquid: a little is enough. Bring to the boil and let simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring from time to time. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
NO need to add water first.
1g of organic agar-agar = 4 gelatine leaves.
Do not flavour.
Vegetable gelatine made from alga. Rich in dissolvable fibre prevents weight gain and constipation, and reduces the absorption of cholesterol and sugar.
